We provide Customer service in English (preferred), German, Korean & Chinese.

Shipment:
Consider that we are based in South Korea and shipment will usually all be done by
International Standard Airmail.
Because of strict trading customs, import/export products to Germany,
Brazil, Italy, Spain and Greece by Standard shipment may need up to 4 weeks until delivery.
Express service:
Small items like emblems etc. will be shipped by RR-standard-shipment.
If you want your required products to be delivered by express shipping
or if the weight of the item exceeds 2kg, extra costs will be generated.
Delivery will be within 5-7 business days (EMS) or 3-5 days (UPS).
Please note:
There are some countries without EMS Service.
(Andorra, Tahiti, Guinea, Lebanon, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Malta, Monaco, Namibia,
Puerto Rico, San Marino, Seychelles, South Africa, Sudan, Venezuela etc.)
For customers of these countries we may offer UPS Service or CP shipment (10-20 days).
Delivery:
All goods should be delivered within 15-25 business days by RR Standard shipment.
We will contact you immediately, if there are any problems of shipment or other reasons of delay.
Because of some delivery problems to some countries and increasing costs for returning items,
when addresses doesn’t exit anymore, we ask every customer to provide Ebay (in your personal contact information)
with the current mobile- or telephone number in use, so we may contact you if there any problems occur.
Ebay-Feedback:
We will leave positive feedback, as soon as transaction is completed.
Reshipment Policy:
If you are not 100% satisfied with our product, you may send it back for refund or exchange.
Please contact us via email within 7 days after delivery and consider
that you would be responsible for the postage of returned item.
The item must be returned in original condition.
