1.Communications : We try to answer any of your questions within 24 hours,except on weekends and Korean national holidays. We provide Customer service in English (preferred), German, Korean & Chinese.
2.Payment : Please note, that we can accept Paypal only! Please consider that extra costs may be generated for some items, due to varying custom-regulations. In that case, we will inform you immediately about the changing price
3.Shipment : Consider that we are based in South Korea and shipment will usually all be done by International Standard Airmail. Because of strict trading customs, import/export products to Germany,Brazil, Italy, Spain and Greece by Standard shipment may need up to 4 weeks until delivery.
4.Express service : Small items like emblems etc. will be shipped by RR-standard-shipment. If you want your required products to be delivered by express shipping or if the weight of the item exceeds 2kg, extra costs will be generated.
Delivery will be within 5-7 business days (EMS) or 3-5 days (UPS).
5.Please note : There are some countries without EMS Service. (Andorra, Tahiti, Guinea, Lebanon, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Malta, Monaco, Namibia,Puerto Rico, San Marino, Seychelles, South Africa, Sudan,Venezuela etc.) For customers of these countries we may offer UPS Service or CP shipment (10-20 days).
6.Delivery : All goods should be delivered within 15-25 business days by RR Standard shipment. We will contact you immediately, if there are any problems of shipment or other reasons of delay. Because of some delivery problems to some countries and increasing costs for returning items, when addresses doesn’t exit anymore, we ask every customer to provide Ebay (in your personal contact information) with the current mobile- or telephone number in use, so we may contact you if there any problems occur.
7.eBay feed back : We will leave positive feedback, as soon as transaction is completed.
8.Refund / Reshipment / Replacement : If the box itself looks damaged, do not open the package. Go to the postal office that handled your package and open it there with a postal worker watching.
If the item is damaged, file a compensation claim from the postal office. *The maximum compensation you can receive is the amount written on the invoice.
Take photos and send us an email as well. If you believe the item is defective, not damaged during delivery, contact us immediately with detailed information.
If you believe you received a wrong item/size/type, email us with pictures so that we can verify. If it turns out that we did send you the wrong item/size/type, we will send you the correct item for free.
*For both cases, we might ask you to return the received item depending on its value (We will pay you back the return shipping fee).
If you wish to return the item for simple change of mind or because you purchased by mistake, you will have to return the item to us at your own cost and we will refund you the total cost minus the initial shipping fee.
If the item was automatically returned to us because you did not claim the package, or the address on your eBay account was insufficient, there are two solutions.
8-1. We can re-ship the item, but you will have to pay for the re-shipping fee.
8-2. If you do not want the item, we will give you a refund of total cost minus the initial shipping cost.
