We try to answer any of your questions within 24 hours,except on weekends and Korean national holidays. We provide Customer service in English and Korean.

Please note, that we can accept Paypal only! Please consider that extra costs may be generated for some items, due to varying custom-regulations.

All goods should be delivered within 15-25 business days by RR Standard shipment. We will contact you immediately, if there are any problems of shipment or other reasons of delay. Because of some delivery problems to some countries and increasing costs for returning items, when addresses doesn’t exit anymore, we ask every customer to provide Jayongmall (in your personal contact information) with the current mobile- or telephone number in use, so we may contact you if there any problems occur.

If you are not 100% satisfied with our product, you may send it back for refund or exchange. Please contact us via email within 7 days after delivery and consider that you would be responsible for the postage of returned item. The item must be returned in original condition.
